Everytime I stop by at the R&R of any highways (especially PLUS) I will not fail to see how those irresponsible healthy drivers parked their cars at bays reserved for the Handicapped. Don't they have a slightest of sympathy towards those handicapped if at all they were to use that parking bays reserved for them? And your guess is as good as mine....The relevant authority just couldn't care less...and when you try to make them understand that they are not suppose to park there....you will get the ugly side of typical malaysian.....
